MEMBERSHIP TERMS + POLICY

All of our packages and memberships are auto billed on a month to month basis. All session packs Auto-expire on a 30-day cycle and may not be held or extended.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be submitted minimum 30 days prior to your billing date. You may only submit a cancel request via the online form.

REFUND POLICY:

We do not offer holds or refunds for any reason. It is your responsibility to know your billing date and plan ahead to cancel your membership.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

When signing up for a membership, package or purchasing products at REDLINE Quality Fitness, you are authorizing charges to be made on a credit card or bank account of your choice via WODIFY billing. If you have signed a contract, you will be held to the terms and conditions specified in your contract.
